"Hi Katie Shea, Now that the dust has settled and we are back to our lives (missing St John!) I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a fabulous job you and your staff did for our welcome party as well as our wedding. We couldn't have asked for better service and the food was amazing. Being in the service industry myself, I tend to be a critical judge of other's service, but you definitely exceeded our expectations and for that I want to thank you.
