Raspberry Mango Baked Brie
Double creme brie wheel topped with fresh raspberry coulis, wrapped in puff pastry, topped with diced mango and served with Carr's water crackers.
Stuffed Mushrooms
Filled with Italian bread crumbs, sauteed baby spinach, roasted garlic, and parmesan cheese.
Mini Corn Dogs
Small in size but BIG in taste. Served with spicy honey mustard.
Pesto & Portabella Mushroom Crostini
Sauteed portabella mushrooms, roasted garlic, fresh pesto, topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Deviled Eggs
Choice of classic, smoked chile and cilantro, shiitake truffle.
Yellowfin Tuna Tataki
Black and white sesame seeds, coriander, green tea, served over wakame, with julienne fuji apple, wasabi creme and lemon emulsion.
Spiced Pork on Crostini
Cranberry apple chutney, dijon, blue cheese, local wild oregano.
Spinach and Artichoke Parmesan Gratin
One of our most popular dishes. Served with Carrs Water crackers.
Spicy Buffalo Chicken Drumettes
Served with celery sticks, carrots, and blue cheese dip.
Mahi Mahi Fritters with Coral Sauce
Fresh local mahi, roasted corn, tri color peppers, deep fried and served with a spicy red pepper aioli.
Herb Crusted Tenderloin Crostini
Herb rubbed beef tenderloin on garlic foccacia topped with pesto aioli.
Fresh Vegetable Crudite
Assorted fresh vegetables with your choice of dip: rosemary feta, herb aioli, black pepper blue cheese.
Mediterranean Platter
Homemade hummus, tabouleh, marinated kalamata olives, baba ghanouj, tzatziki sauce pita crisps.
Assorted Dim Sum
